The Food

We are a california style burger truck with a twist, New American Style Joint. We are coming to you with freshly ground burgers, hand breaded chicken strips, and homemade chili for your classic favorites like Chili Cheese Fries. 

The Chef

Chef Ashley is a Le Cordon Bleu Culinary graduate that has been cooking for 20 years. She started working with lots of famous chefs in the Los Angeles / Hollywood areas. She met her husband and they then decided to take her passion to Las Vegas for new opportunities. She started off on the Las Vegas Strip and now 10 years later is finally starting her own business. We are pleased and excited to share our love and passion we put into all of our food with you!
